Brilla Coffee’s Guatemala Huehuetenango – Rio Ocho comes from the Sierra de Los Cuchumatanes mountains, one of the most renowned coffee regions in Central America. Grown at 1,800–2,000 MASL in volcanic, clay-rich soil, this coffee develops a lively, bright cup profile with citrus notes, honey-like sweetness, a balanced body, and a nutty chocolate finish.

What makes this coffee truly special is the community behind it: 46 small producers—more than half of them women—who cultivate and process their coffee using traditional, sustainable methods passed down through generations.
